Welcome to Hobie Surf Shop. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice. We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and pricing, but we cannot guarantee that all information is completely error-free.

In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include limitations on quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. Payments must be successfully processed before orders are shipped.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must work directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Surfboards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Surfboards & Oversized Items

Due to the nature of surfboards and oversized items, additional shipping fees and handling may apply.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and are not considered defects. Any damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in denial of the claim.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

E-gift cards are delivered electronically via email, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, graphics, product designs, and imagery—is the property of Hobie Surf Shop and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, transmitting malicious code, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Hobie Surf Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

All products, especially surf equipment, are used at your own risk.
