90's Pig

The Velzy Pig remains one of the most unique and influential designs in surf history. Dale Velzy’s original concept blended the speed of the Malibu Chip with increased maneuverability by shifting the wide point back, narrowing the nose, and adding curve and foam through the tail.

The modern Pig stays true to that formula with its unmistakable hippy outline, perhaps the hippy-est of them all. More rocker from nose to tail, especially through the tail, allows it to turn on a dime while maintaining incredible hold in the pocket. The narrow nose makes the noseride a true test of skill, relying on the board’s curve and hip to keep the rider positioned up front.
