If for any reason you receive merchandise that you are not happy with, simply return it to us within 60 days - in the condition you received it -for a refund.  We do not do exchanges online. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the style/color you want.   Please note that refunds exclude original and return shipping charges.  For your convenience, online purchases may be returned/exchanged at any of our 3 locations with original receipt.   • Items cannot be worn/washed, or altered
  • Tags must be attached
  • Footwear is in original box
  • Swim must have hygiene liner in place
  • Packing slip must be included

Pack the products up either in your original packaging or in a secure carton, include your invoice, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return and send to:

Hobie Surf Shops cannot accept COD deliveries.
